How We Make It
Every wire undergoes a 10-step process with ISI-standard testing at every critical stage.
Raw Material Wire Rod
High-quality low-carbon wire rods sourced conforming to IS:7887 for optimal softness and drawability.
Quality Control Check
Incoming raw material inspected for dimensional accuracy, tensile strength, and surface condition.
Mechanical Descaling
Wire rod surface cleaned mechanically to remove mill scale before drawing.
Wire Drawing to Size
Rods drawn through precision dies to achieve exact SWG diameters within ±2.5% tolerance.
Annealing Heat Treatment
Drawn wire annealed to restore ductility and achieve required softness for downstream processing.
HCl Acid Cleaning
Wire pickled in hydrochloric acid to remove oxides and prepare a chemically clean surface.
Flux Dipping
Cleaned wire dipped in flux solution to prevent re-oxidation and promote zinc adhesion.
Zinc Furnace Coating
Wire passed through molten zinc bath at controlled temperature for uniform hot-dip galvanizing.
Sampling & Testing
Coated wire sampled for zinc coating weight (GSM), adhesion, and dimensional checks per IS standards.
Packing & Dispatch
Finished wire coiled, tagged with dimensions, weight and length, and packed for safe dispatch.

High Strength GI Wire Rolls
Hot-dip galvanized steel wires manufactured to Extra High Strength (EHS), Ultra High Strength (UHS), and Mega High Strength (MHS) grades. Used for overhead transmission lines, stay wires, and structural applications requiring maximum tensile performance.
